Our urban design for the future development of Veleslavín responds to the current problems and limits of this city district. We tried to create working livable neighborhood with improvements in transport and walkable connections. Then provide a large number of housing opportunities and adequate amount of civic amenities. We used deformed and abandoned areas within the development and created various green areas with park landscaping designed for relaxation.
