This project was based on the metropolitan plan of development of Prague.
The original design of a cable car in the locality Žluté Lázně which leads to Kavčí hory Nature Park was changed to the design of an elevator due to the possibility of independent operation and to save space.
Due to the height Kavčí hory hill, the elevator was divided into two parts – the first one with the entrance and seating places around and the second with the restaurant and magical view of the Vltava river and Prague Castle.
In addition to the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Prague, the building has to solve a barrier problem and help to access easily from one part of the city to another.
