How to combine the comfort of living in a family house with your own backyard and the dense intensity of urban development? The project of the apartment building “Apartmány U Parků 1” is an effort to show what comfortable living in the city can look like. The project is located in the southern part of Most. The big problem of this location is the chaotic location of prefabricated houses, the unresolved problem with parking, poorly designed roads and the lack of quality residential buildings. I tried to solve these problems within the project. The topic of modular architecture is becoming a support - in this spirit I am proposing a residential building with underground parking for 200 cars and a cascading structure of 90 terrace flats.
