Developing area Holešovice – Bubny is located in north of the capital city Prague and it is on the left border of Vltava meandr. Solved area is nearby the historical center. The task was not only to build a new area, but to create a new center within the whole Prague, which will complete imaginary triangle with Dejvice and Pankrác and with historical center of Prague in the middle.
