REVITALIZATION OF THE ZÁBŘEH - VOLGOGRADSKÁ, OSTRAVA

The project deals with the revitalization of the Zábřeh housing estate in the, this is the location J03-Volgogradská, which was selected by the Ostrava City Council together with UNIT to review the possibilities for development. The site was properly surveyed and analyzed. Based on the performed analyses was created a concept, from which was created a regulatory plan. The regulatory plan is further developed into an urban study. The data were processed in ArcGIS Pro and ArchiCAD 23.
