Yellow promenade

The multifunctional building is located south of the center of Prague, in the area of Žluté lázně. The concept is based on an existing tree-lined alley. Along the alley there are several buildings, which together form a two-storey multifunctional building. On the ground floor of the main building there are various smaller businesses and shops. In the basement there is a parking lot for 156 cars and the technical background of the building. The second floor is divided into several parts. Here you can find a smaller cultural center, coworking areas, creative workshops, fitness, massage, rooms for dancing, yoga and meditation. Smaller buildings serve as restaurants with a beautiful view of the Vltava. Upstairs, the bars are complemented by outdoor seating on the roof terrace.
