Multifunctional complex Zelezny Brod

The design of the multifunctional house is located on the border of the Trávníky monument area in Železný Brod, in close proximity to the church hill and the square. The buildings extend over the Žernovník stream, which flows into the Jizera here. The main building is a corner house. On its ground floor we find a small cafe offering both a view of the busy street and a view of a quiet courtyard with a stream. In second part of the ground floor there is a separate entrance to the apartment building, which is followed by a residential unit and a passage to the inner area.The second building is close to the existing street development. On the ground floor there is a passage with an arcade connecting the street with the garden.
