On a plot located almost at the foot of the Libeň Bridge,
where the Kaufland supermarket now stands, we are proposing a new one
city block - combining 4 functions. Offices on the north side, apartment buildings on the south, in the middle of Kaufland, connecting the individual buildings into one whole. Due to the dimensions of the block, we design a roof terrace, which will be able to use both the tenant and the worker.
