GAP IN BĚLEHRADSKÁ STREET, PRAGUE

The given task was to fill the gap between two houses in Bělehradská street located in district of Vinohrady. The new seven-storey buildings are placed on a gentle slope. The ground level is designed mainly for retail and the underground floors contain parking lots and necessary technical rooms. In the rest of the buildings we can find forty-six apartments in total, various in types. One of the valuable features is the accessible roof terraces, from which the nearby Folimanka park can be observed, as well as large Nuselské valley. Both of the building's facades inconspicuously blend in the rest of the houses in the lower part of Bělehradská street.
