APARTMENT BUILDINGS PALMOVKA

In our studio, we deal with a newly designed area in Prague 8 at Palmovka, which is now a neglected place. An urban study from the UNIT architects could create a new lucrative and pleasant place for living, work, and relaxation. Two apartment buildings designed by me are situated in a quiet block in the southeast of the Pentagon. Both buildings are designed as urban rental housing. Therefore, I tried to design buildings, which are functional and designed without the use of unnecessarily expensive materials. House No. 26 serves not only for housing but also for a kindergarten, which spreads over the first two floors. The kindergarten garden is integrated into the courtyard and forms a substantial part of it. House No. 27 has only a residential function.
