STARTER HOUSING PALMOVKA

Residential building, which was designed for a building plot in the area of PENTAGON Palmovka. It is conceived as a starter housing for individuals, couples and families. The main purpose of this project was to design affordable housing in an area with good civic amenities and good accessibility. Part of the apartment building is an active parterre consisting of a bistro, hairdresser and common areas of tenants. The layout of the apartments ranges from 1kk to 4kk. The facade is articulated using 4 different materials.
