Apartment Buildings Školská

The quiet Školská Street near the historic center of Kolín is completed with the apartment buildings I designed. The height of the houses as well as the retreat of the mass at the intersection with Příkrá Street respond to the surrounding buildings. This creates a small public space, into which the glazed shop windows of two adjacent commercial areas open. The enlivened Školská Street could offer a pleasant alternative for the way from the railway station to the city center. There are apartments on the ground floor, in front of which there are front gardens. The apartments have a living room and a kitchen facing south to the street and bedrooms to the north to the inner courtyard.
