Office building with public library and apartment house Palmovka

The area is located in Prague 8 near subway station Palmovka. The main goal is to design contemporary urban development and public space. The building plot is located in the eastern part of the area. The building plot of the house is divided into 3 purposes, an office building with a library, longer-term rental for families and starting housing. The office building and housing for families form the two fronts of the building, the starting housing then forms the middle part.
