COWORK

Aspern Seedstat is a newly growing modern district in Vienna. There is a high representation of green infrastructure and modern sources of culture.The building I designed is located on the corner of block F10. It consists of three buildings, each with a different function. The first building serves as an apartment building with four maisonettes for families. The second, highest corner building is a merger of the private and semi-public parts. There are maisonettes on the upper floors. At the bottom there are rooms for coworking. Both houses are connected by a stair tower with an elevator, which is used exclusively for residents, so they are not disturbed by visitors. There is an internal staircase for the coworking areas.In the last building there are workshops and a small library
