PRAGOVKA: STUDENT HOUSING

The goal is to create affordable starter housing for students. Apartment buildings are located in the northern part of the complex. This part is strategically advantageous, because it is located near the metro stop and many other objects. On the ground floor of the buildings there are reception rooms, common laundries and commercial premises for infrastructure improvement. From the second to the fifth floor there are apartments. On each floor there are 10 apartments designed for 12 people. On the floor there are four types of apartments: 1 + KK and 2 + KK different areas. The basis of the situation is a network of main sidewalks and it is complemented by small chaotically located sidewalks. The areas between the paths have different coverings.
