The site from the urbanistic study done by Adéla Filounová, conducted on the grounds of the late leather factory, is the perfect place for city development. The newly designed flat house offers new ways of living, yet unexplored in Velké Meziříčí. The porch typology of the house, the smart use of natural light through the elegant loggias instead of balconies, all of this wrapped in a modern, sleek facade.
