City living Na Knížecí

The selected building plot, on which the proposed set of buildings is located, closes one side of "Na Knížecí Square". It is a place that is currently undeveloped and thus creates an open block in an otherwise completely closed block. The design consists of seven buildings, of different characters, which enclose a two-level courtyard. The space of the court is the heart of the design, and it is through the level that it is divided into public and private. Permeability is ensured by two passages that connect the area of Stroupežnického and Ostrovského streets. Each house has a different function, layout and also material on the facade. The division into individual houses is one of the aims of the proposal.
