APARTMENT BUILDING NA DOLINÁCH

The subject of the proposal is the completion of the block on the territory of the Prague 4 district in Podolí. Its an apartment building, located in Na dolinách Street, where it complements the eastern part of the block. The design has seven floors above ground and two underground. On the first floor there is a ground floor consisting of a commercial zone, entrance to the garage and entrance to the apartment building. From the second floor there are residential units facing both the street and the quiet green courtyard. On the top floor there is an apartment across the floor. Parking is provided by a shared multi-level underground parking in the courtyard, which can be reached across the street on the west side of the Podolská block. The exit is to Na dolinách street.
