Rehabilitation of a family house in Železný Brod

A complex of buildings that consists of a family house and a building used for short-term rent, is located in Železný Brod in the Trávníky historical zone. The ground floor consists of former one - storey house with residential attic, gabled roof and slate gable from slate. The second part of the building consists of a two-storey building, with a u-shaped floorplan. This building originally served as a butchery with a residential area on the second floor. The new design divides the set of buildings into two separate parts, with separate entrances. Direct entry from Železná Street was left to enter the building, which houses an apartment with its own bathroom, living room with kitchen and separate entrance to the apartments located on the first floor.
