Annotation
The building consists of two parts, which are distinguished from each other by the colour of the plaster and the proportions of the windows towards Bělehradská. The aim was to preserve the granularity of the block structure of Prague's Vinohrady, which the building will complete. There are three spaces for commercial use and fifty flats.
