Summer Letna

The new circus is based on the perfect connection of individual types of art forms (dance, theater, music,…) with circus art based primarily on artistics. In the summer months, the international festival SUMMER LETNÁ takes place in Letenské sady, which is attended by associations of a new circus from all over the world. My design mainly features the construction of the Vosto5 theater, which resembles a tent in its shape. From the theater, the circus boulevard leads as the main axis connecting the theater with the amphitheater, located on the former Stalin monument. Additional circus tents are spread around this main axis. The move between performances can then be made more pleasant by circus performers, who perform their pieces right on the street.
