Graphic design of the orientation system

The motivation for my work was to simplify orientation in space. For these purposes, I chose a combination of directional signs, pictograms and maps. Iconography is applied to clearly visible spots in the room so it can simplify moving through the corridors. The first landmark at the entrance to the building are columns in front of the staircase. The overhanging columns can be used for the application of the map and the columns behind them at the main staircase are the main signpost. The signposts can be further supplemented with an orientation aspect in the lower part of the wall next to the door. This is an application of numbers or a pictogram corresponding to the room in which it is located. I supplemented the graphic navigation with a graphic manual.
