Residential buildings - Palackého náměstí

The main purpose of the project was to create a new definition of the embankment designing housing and a new park. This houses have an underground car parking, a public parter, a fitness center and apartments. The original concept was to design a building where residents can not only live but also spend time together. As a result, were created "holes" in the middle of the house, which will be used as a recreational zone. From these common areas and from the apartments opens a wonderful view at Vltava and Prague.
