In the CORNER

The task of the studio work was to create a block of apartment buildings in the Palmovka locality, where a new Pentagon design was completed within several studios. Each of the students had the task of designing one house in a block to create a meaningful whole. There was also a proposal for joint parking under the entire block within the league. The apartment building I designed consists of three parts. The first is the active ground floor, in which we find a cafe, bakery and entrances to the house. The second is a typical floor, which can be seen on the second to sixth floors. And last but not least, the seventh above-ground floor, the so-called recessed floor, does not differ much from the typical floor plan but guarantees beautiful views of Prague.
