The studio is located next to the Podolské embankment with a view of Vyšehrad. The building has two floors, with a terrace and a green roof, accessible by an outdoor spiral staircase. On the ground floor, the living room is connected to the kitchen and lit by French windows. Upstairs is a bedroom with a study, connected to the ground floor by a spiral steel staircase. The supporting structure of the houseboat is wood. The cladding is wooden, it differs only in color.
