Apartment building on Žernovník

The land is located on Malé náměstí on Husova Street. It is a gap, which is closed on one side by a pseudo-classical building and on the other side by the stream Žernovník. The building is an apartment building with a tea room on the ground floor. There are a total of 5 apartments in the house, 1 of which has a garden on the ground floor. A bridge is created above the stream, which will take you directly to the entrance to the communication areas and then to the apartments. Coming from the street, from the front of the house, is introduced into the arcade, which travels along the stream, to the bridge. The overall concept of the house then consists of two masses divided by a glass neck, in which the communication part between the apartments is situated.
