Courtyard Chabařovická - picture

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is the revitation of the courtyard Chabařovická in Prague. Area should be mainly used by people that live and spends most time there, but i would also like to preserve passage for others. This would be achived by passage under the buildings. That is why i kept main lines of courtyard. Main focus of my proposal is to solve the square as a picture that people of the buildings would look at from windows of their apartments. I added life to the picture by placing a space for collective or individual activities inside vnitroblok. By using herbs i added colour and sunshine by cutting down unsuitable trees. People looking at Vnitroblock should feel invited to go down and spend their free time there and by that make the vnitroblock space more alive.
