PUBLIC SPACES

The project deals with the design of public space in the area of ​​the "pentagon" in Prague 8. The assignment is based on the underlying Palmovka territorial study designed by the architectural and urban planning studio UNIT architects in cooperation with the newly established city organization Prague Development Company. The location is currently the first comprehensive area for the development of urban housing in Prague. The aim of the whole project is to design a multifunctional urban development combining rental housing, administration, trade, and basic public amenities, to coordinate them with each other and to create a pleasant urban environment.
