The proposed house is located on the Republic Square in Kolin, which currently serves primarily as a large parking lot. The new house defines a new square in the north, at the same time the passage on the ground floor of the house connects this square with the moved public transport stops in the south, in front of the existing shopping center. The aim of the new urban situation was to divert traffic from the low-rise buildings on the eastern side of the square and to connect the pedestrian north-eastern part of the square with the city's monument reserve, the city center. The apartment building has balconies enclosed in a courtyard, on the north side there is a staircase, connected by a glass facade to the square. The apartment building has 32 apartments on four floors.
