The appearance of the building should intentionally evoke in you, simplicity, symmetry, modulation and clear legibility, as it is based on and inspired by the industrial architecture in Pragovka. The design of industrial buildings may vary depending on their purpose, but some common elements can be found across the spectrum. For example, wide open spaces, minimalist aesthetics, exposed materials and natural light, I tried to achieve these values, but using a new type of building - student housing. My wish was to add a new building to the complex, without architecturally interfering with the historically industrial character of Pragovka, but becoming part of it.
