My task was to create a project on the corner parcel, which is siding with a stream. The plot is in a close distance within the local square called Malé náměstí. Historical buildings neighbouring with the plot were an important factor during the designing process. Thus, I emphasized to keep a standard of the close surroundings and the conservation zone. The apartment house is carefully designed to bring in new architectural elements, which will however not appear distracting. Hence Felix completes the atmosphere of the square.
