Above the city

In this project I dealt with the deepest and tallest estate offered. In the three stages of analysys, concept and design, in which I have come to know the aspects, needs and the inconveniences of this place. These stages all gave their share in creating od this building. This project offers a vision of a possible change in Velké Meziříčí, at the place where the grounds of Svit used to be and that is in the centre of a conflict about how it should be used now. New development of this area has a potential of attracting young people and starting a new stage here.
