SULFUR BATHS OSTROZSKA NOVA VES

The three-storey building of the sulfur baths is located near the village of Ostrožská Nová Ves near Uherské Hradiště. The spa serves patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system and skin diseases (psoriasis). The intention of the design was to expand the spa extensively and create a better environment for patients. The capacity of the spa was increased to 180 beds. The individual treatments were also expanded. A representative access to the spa was also created by means of a promenade topped with a rooftop asymmetrical slab towering over the main entrance and the café. The building also includes an atrium located in the centre of the design, framed by a glass colonnade.
