RESIDENTIAL BUILDING BELEHRADSKÁ, PRAGUE 2 - VINOHRADY

The purpose was to design a residential building in the existing gap on Belehradská Street in the Prague 2 - Vinohrady district. The building is designed as an apartment building with 6 residential floors, a shop on the ground floor and 2 underground floors with parking spaces. Basements and utility rooms are also located in the underground. The ground floor also has lockable cubicles and a common room for bicycles and baby buggies. The first living floor allows both his apartment directly from the rooms and other residents of the house from the hall to access the garden. The apartments are typically represented as 1kk, 4kk and 5kk. The last floor is recessed with spacious apartments and large terraces that provide views of the city and Folimanka Park.
