Design of furniture, gatehouse and interior modifications for the building of the FNSPE CTU in Břehová 7

Our task was to design modifications of the corridors and the entrance of the neoclassical building of the FNSPE in Břehová. I wanted to make the space lighter and less crowded, especially by designing a unified, custom-made seating furniture. The resulting design consists of long benches of round shapes inspired by pink door portals, which are a distinctive element of the corridors. Another part of the modifications includes the entrance to the building and the gatehouse. The dark space is illuminated by light panels copying the ceiling decoration and removing the dark wood paneling of the heaters and double doors makes it lighter. The new gatehouse will free up space of the entrance hall.
