RESIDENTIAL BUILDING - PRAŽSKÁ STREET

The new apartment buildings on Pražská Street in Kolín create calm and satisfaction feelings. The area is connected by a public park and a private courtyard, which is enclosed by a brick-concrete wall. The shape of the project is based on the triangular plot, which is bordered by Pražská, U Mýta and Šotnovská streets. This plot creating an atypical apartment shape. Three apartment buildings with a common underground parking lot are designed on the plot. The project addresses the calming of traffic on Pražská Street, by supplying a sidewalk and a pleasant tree line. On the ground floor , there are spaces for public use, which will provide activity for the area. The project creates a pleasan environment in Kolin.
