HALL 18 ADAPTIVE RE-USE TO A MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING WITH STARTUPS

Hall 18 in Pragovka is designed for conversion into a multifunctional building for co-working, education and generation of new ideas. A space with a diverse range of rooms for different purposes is intended to provide flexibility for both small and larger companies. For startups, the building allows the rental of various spaces for work and event organization. The original construction of the hall is left without major modifications. A large part of the hall consists of a publicly accessible space in which there are cafes, shops and exhibition spaces. The large stairs in the middle serve as a place for events and relaxation. Containers are inserted into the hall, providing space for various types of activities attracting the general public.
