The apartment complex on Palackého náměstí consists of two "L". The southern part serves only as a dwelling, while the northern part also serves as an extension of the Ministry of Health. The whole complex contains 55 apartments on the upper floors. The ground floor serves as a commercial zone for restaurants and shops. The whole building has a basement with two-level parking.
