Multifunctional house - Spiral, Hradčanská

The proposed multifunctional building is located in Prague 6 - Dejvice in Milady Horáková Street. The concept of this construction developed in connection with the urban design of the selected area and is now becoming its dominant feature. In this environment, Dejvická Street forms a strong axis, which divides the mass of the building into two significantly different parts, between which a passage is designed to emphasize the mentioned axis. From a functional point of view, the building consists of three basic parts, which include the residential part, the shopping center, and offices. The highest part of the building, which consists of a large tower, is dedicated to the apartments, which provide a beautiful view of Prague Castle.
