The new face of Freight Street

The area rising along Freight Street and near the Upper Square consists of inconsistently arranged development of smaller buildings focused mainly on small industry and services. In the area there are several historically protected buildings near the Upper Square and also smaller industrial solitaires in the center of the area. Due to the potential of this locality and its accessibility to the center, our urban concept is based on the connection and accessibility of the area with its surroundings. To create the missing residential development, to supplement civic amenities, to revive the original character, to make the courtyard more attractive with barrier-free access and thus to integrate it into the functional unit of the city structure.
