House with an atrium heart

This is a design of an apartment building near the historical area of the city of Velký Mezirici. The land is located by the Balinka River, on the other side it is bordered by a smaller wooded and steep territory. The overall design is only a fraction of the new terraced construction for the now unused area of the former Svit complex. It will be a corner non-orthogonal building overlooking the square and from the other side to the park.
