The architecture is carefully used only in area where it can be used. The purpose of residential building is to live inside. there so it has to be comfortable and made for life. Big outdoor spaces, air through conditional, few junk space halls. The appearance of the building is slightly naive. By purpose. It has things to do with the baroque architecture. With its aesthetic look it has a strong personality easily recognisable. It adds new strong motives to its surround without disturbing the old ones
