HOTEL ŽLUTÉ LÁZNĚ

The task of the project was to design accommodation in the recreational area Žluté lázně. The hotel is part of a new urban solution, which is designed to be used by people looking for relaxation, but also athletes and many others. The concept of construction is water erosion of the shore. The structure of the façade resembles the water shore, which is washed by it. As the water flows and touches the shore, individual pieces of stone, rock or clay are released, creating an irregular shore shape. The building is surrounded by a curtain wall with mirrored surfaces as a water surface and, the rest of the facade is covered with a stone structure cladding as a form of shore.
