Insulin pen for children

The assignment of the semester work was the design of a medical product with a focus on its properties. Especially on ergonomics, aesthetics, functionality, comfort, taking into account the specific needs of the user and the environment in which the product is commonly used. My term paper deals with the design of an insulin pen, specifically pens for children from 7 to 9 years. Insulin pen is commonly used today in the treatment of diabetes. It is a device for subcutaneous insulin administration. Old, young and unfortunately children need it every day. And it is precisely for children that these aids are not sufficiently adapted at present. That's why I chose this topic. I wanted to create an insulin pen that would be tailor-made for the children.
