Multifunctional area

The proposals represent a multifunctional complex , located in Prague 8, Palmovka. The main idea was to create in which there would be communication and connections between the surrounding buildings and the connections within the new space.The location of the site has the potential for the development of the administrative part, which consists of a library on the first floor, offices on the street typological floor from the second to the third, on the fourth and fifth floor there is space for foodcourt and coworking space. The second volume consists of an apartment building, in which the first floor consists of office space and the second to fifth floor consists of residential apartments.
