The 75-metre high structure is located in Prague 4, just next to the Central Park Pankrác. It is surrounded by other high-rise buildings in the neighbourhood like the Raiffeisen Bank tower, the V tower... The main idea behind the design is to take advantage of the park and make a strong connection with it by extending it to the middle of the structure. The building consists of 3 parts : the facilities on the ground floor, the community center with the library, and the housing, with a great view of the park and the skyscrapers. On the right hand side, there is the soil spread across the roof, creating the hill covered by grass. This is one of the main features that makes the design sustainable and environmentally friendly, since the hill works as a huge water collector.
