RESIDENTIAL BUILDING BÍLINA

The Group of family houses complements the built-up area of town Bílina. Former spa locality is stigmatized by nearby surface mine. Today most construction takes place in peripheral town areas and the centre is slowly being emptied. The goal was to enliven it and to thicken the built structure in its perimeter. The work was coordinated with a group building design project (Lucie Semeráková) The layout of the house group is created along the communication. It reacts to the proximity of the town centre, thickens up towards the hierarchically more important area. There are three variants designed, two detached houses oriented differently to the central communication and a terraced house. The houses are two-storey with a garage and a garden.
