Cooperative house

My target group is a cooperative of young families, so the concept is based on communication so that the children will grow together in pleasant conditions and the parents will support good neighborly relations. In my project, I tried to create the best possible conditions for this team to live together and to design the building for communication in many different ways. One of the solutions for communication is triangular balconies with a nice park view, which are formed by a bent facade. When you are on this balcony and see your friends from all sides, you will really feel part of the community.
