OUTDOOR CINEMA IN BEROUN

The existing cinema is located in Beroun, only 300 meters from Hus Square and its green area contributes to the Městská hora. The task for the project was the solution of the roof of the cinema and possible modifications of the cinema facilities. The auditorium will be refurbished with new seats and the original refreshment and social buildings and ticket shops will be retained. The construction of the roof consists of glued laminated wooden beams of an arcuate shape in pairs. On the beams there is a central strip of permanent roofing with magazines for the tarpaulin of the adjustable roofing. The tarpaulin encloses the structure thanks to the guiding rails and cables.
