House of Czech-German companionship

A place to meet people, exhibit artwork and community activities. The proposal consists of building modifications to the existing house and a proposal for an extension to expand the premises. The aim was to largely preserve the original functional division of the historic house. The proposed extension of the building is located mainly underground due to the dignified preservation of the historic character. The ramp, gradually descending and further rotating along the outdoor auditorium, allows barrier-free access. The walls lining the ramp are covered with sculptures that refer to history. The underground multifunctional hall together with the recessed auditorium is intended to create a place for various social activities. A place to fulfill your interests and expressions.
